“I don’t like my branding, the logo doesn’t work and the website just isn’t converting for us.”
Comments like this are all too common when it comes to new business or startups and it doesn’t sit well for me. A lack of confidence in your brand will translate to your market.
Your business – or should we say your brand – must attract and build strong connections with your target market from the word go. You MUST be confident in your brand and build your story and vision within it.
When this is done correctly (through your logo, your website, your business card or the language and imagery you use) the right market will connect with you.
Before your logo and your general visual brand are created you need to delve into the vision and the reason your business exists. Without answering these questions you can’t create a true brand that resonates and attracts the right people.
