Overview of How We Work

Project Scope & Pricing

Our payment schedule is as follows:

  • 50% (non-refundable) upfront
  • 30% after finalising the design
  • 20% upon launch

The fixed project cost is based on our experience with similar projects and the estimated time to complete the defined scope and requirements. If the project scope or requirements change, the project rate and schedule will be adjusted accordingly. Significant changes may necessitate a new project.

We primarily use our team email (support@metacreative.com.au) or Victor’s email (victor@metacreative.com.au) for communication. For efficiency, we prefer a single primary contact from your organisation who will relay project updates to your team. Notify us if additional stakeholders are involved.

Before starting, we will hold a series of emails and phone calls to finalise the project plan. Once the plan is solid, we will communicate mainly via email, with a scheduled weekly chat to update you on progress and ensure we have everything needed to proceed.

We provide weekly project updates. For quick queries, email us. For more complex discussions, we’ll arrange a phone consultation or address them in our next weekly session.

Before We Begin

To start, we need:

  • Payment of the initial invoice
  • Your logo and brand guidelines

Content Submission

We will set up a Dropbox or Google Drive account for you to submit all files, ensuring everything stays organised. If your content is not of sufficient quality (e.g., poorly worded pages or low-quality images), we will advise on necessary improvements. We can recommend photographers and copywriters if needed.

Logo & Brand Guidelines

Consistency in your brand across all interactions is crucial. Please provide your established brand identity before we start.

Feedback & Revisions

After creating your designs, we will promptly send them for feedback. A round of revisions consists of a single email listing all required changes. Our fixed-rate projects include two rounds of revisions; additional revisions are charged at our hourly rate.

After the Project

Once the project is complete and the final invoice is paid, we will deliver all items included in the project. Any additional work will be booked as a new project and charged accordingly. We provide a 30-day support period post-completion.

Ongoing Projects & Website Care

We offer website care plans for ongoing support and results. Please refer to your specific plan for details.
